We think returns should be easy. If you need to return your product for any reason please call our friendly customer service department at our 800# or email sales@babyandstroller.net.
We will email you a prepaid*, printable UPS return label that you can apply to the package. You can give your package to any UPS driver or drop it off at any UPS drop-off location. When we receive your product we will issue you a full refund.
All returns are accepted within 120 days of the sale date. The product must not be used** or expired and should be in the original packaging. If you chose expedited shipping at checkout, these charges will not be refunded.
*Prepaid shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states only. If you live outside of these states please contact our customer service department for detailed instruction.
